I have extensive leadership experience in communications consultancy, advising some of the world’s leading companies on the development of integrated communication frameworks, stakeholder engagement strategies, and structured change roadmaps that support operational transformation, cultural evolution, and business growth. I work particularly effectively in situations requiring rapid alignment, clear messaging, and disciplined governance.
My track record includes automotive growth, market expansion, transformation, and brand leadership. I have helped to launch BYD in Europe and led communications to position BYD on the German market; supported Hyundai’s European growth from 2,000 to 350,000 units; strengthened Lexus’s global premium positioning, helping to quadruple sales within three years; enhanced Toyota’s business resilience during periods of crisis; and shaped Hyundai/Kia brand strategy following post-acquisition integration.
